Family Estate

The Family Estate is located on 69,785 acres and consists of a main residence, a villa guest house, caretaker’s house, staff quarters and a pool house.

Main House (304,645 square ft.)

The Main House is a Châteauesque styled mansion with 627 rooms (156 bedrooms, 161 bathrooms, 39 sitting rooms), a garden in Garden à la française style, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a movie theater, the world’s largest private (library, museum, and cemetery), an airfield, and the world’s largest private zoo. One highlight of the estate is the outdoor Neptune Pool (the patio features an ancient Roman temple front), located near the edge of the hilltop, which offers an expansive vista of the mountains, ocean and the main house.

The servant quarters consists of several bedrooms, bathrooms, and sitting rooms.

Country Estate (25,000 square ft.)

The 1,000 acre Country Estate is in the English county side.

New England Lake House (21,136 square ft.)

The family estate is part of a larger privately owned island (Sodor) and its smaller companion (Mysty Isle), which is off the coast of the US. Sodor’s population is 23,450 and the island is roughly diamond-shaped, 124 miles wide east to west and 102 miles long north to south. Sodor’s north-west coast is separated from Mysty Isle by a small sea strait and is connected by a railroad tunnel. Mysty Isle is 62 miles long and, at its widest point, 51 miles wide and has a 3,600 population.
